ALBATROSS DIAPHRAGM PUMPING SYSTEMS
Albatross® custom pumping systems deliver the screen cleaning chemicals through the use of
diaphragm pneumatic pumps. On the TPS and CDS Pumping Systems, 3 individual pumps are housed
in chemical resistant polypropylene enclosures. On the SPK an individual chemical resistant
pump sits directly on the drum.

ALBATROSS TPS PUMPING SYSTEM
The Albatross® TPS Pumping System is the ideal system for delivering screen chemcials
from 5-gallon pails. The compact pumping box has 3 pneumatic diaphragm pumps made to spray
ink degrader, emulsion remover and screen degreaser. The TPS comes with a steel shelving
system so that the pails are stacked vertically to minimize the use of floor space. The
color-coded hoses draw the chemcials form the 5-gallon pails. The color-coordinated coil
hoses connect onto hand-held spray guns to atomize the solutions onto the screen. The
TPS System can be placed next to your wash-out tank and utilizes less than 2 square feet
of floor space.
